Vladimir is a finance professional with deep experience across Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and Private Credit. At Bank of America, he structured bilateral and syndicated facilities for companies with over $2billion in revenue.
He then transitioned to Investment Banking FIG, where he advised on M&A (2), IPOs (5), LBOs (2), and leveraged finance transactions(5) for insurance brokers and P&C insurers.
Most recently at Investcorp, he was promoted to Private Credit Senior Associate in just 13 months where he focused on lower middle market sponsored deals, underwriting 12 primary and secondary deals and leading nine restructurings, including a cross-border Chapter 15.
Vladimir holds a B.S. with honors from Colorado State University.
