Vadim brings more than 13 years of investment banking and leveraged finance origination and underwriting experience to ARC. Prior to joining ARC, Vadim spent over 9 years at RBC Capital Markets where he was most recently a Director in the Leveraged Finance team in New York, focusing on originating, underwriting, and syndicating leveraged loans and high yield bonds. Before RBC Capital Markets, Vadim worked as a member of the Leveraged Finance team at RBS Securities.
Vadim holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University.
