Paul is an insurance industry veteran with 39 years of experience, including more than 25 years focused on credit underwriting. He has extensive portfolio credit and structured finance experience, having held numerous leadership positions across the full spectrum of credit risk underwriting — including non-payment insurance, credit reinsurance and financial guarantee.
Throughout his career, Paul has founded and scaled multiple highly regarded portfolio underwriting platforms at leading global credit re/insurers. Most recently, he led the launch and growth of a specialty re/insurer's Portfolio Credit reinsurance platform.
Paul is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and earned his B.S. in Actuarial Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
